Sleep Paralysis

All my books and articles are listed in Publications.

People often ask me what to read on a particular subject. Here are some suggestions.

Here is a link to a trailer for a new film on sleep paralysis (released 2022). If you’ve ever experienced it you’ll know it can be scary, especially if you don’t realise what’s happening – or fun if you learn to go with it. The film trailer includes people describing very varied experiences and a few words from me. We had a fun day when the German crew came to film me here in Devon. The film is 60 minutes long and currently being shown at film festivals – but you can join their mailing list to find out about future screenings.
